Casey Sanginario (@High_Priestess_RI) is a University of Rhode Island graduate who began her professional journey in websites and software.  Her passion for wellness and alternative healing then led her to establish Island Wellness Centers in Middletown and Providence, Rhode Island..  Island Wellness Centers are 420-friendly spas featuring saunas, salt cave, amethyst cave, and focused on community.

After successfully growing and selling her businesses, Casey shifted her focus full time to marketing, launching High Priestess Creative. She now specializes in managing marketing strategies for multiple Rhode Island and Massachusetts businesses  helping them elevate their brands in this  ever-evolving world.
